Description : INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID



The Barangay of San Antonio, Ozamiz City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for CONCRETING OF PATHWAY of 99, 511.39:



Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract have completed similar contract with a value at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non - discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening Bid Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and it-s implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
