1.The Municipality of Ayungon, through the 20% DF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Nineteen and 17/100 Pesos Only (488, 019.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting: Pathwalk at Sitio Proper, Barangay Gomentoc, Ayungon, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Ayungon, now invites bids for Concreting: Pathwalk at Sitio Proper, Barangay Gomentoc, Ayungon, Negros Oriental. Completion of the Works is required at 75 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
