Description : 1) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the (1918-02) 20% DF, 2026 AB GF AO 02 S2025 REGULAR (1-07-03-010) ROAD NETWORKS intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Pesos (Php32, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Patag - San Mateo Road (Completion) (CW-CON-26-04). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
