1. The Local Government Unit of Balo-i, Lanao del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos (PhP 1, 947, 359.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract: CONCRETING OF PARKING AREA AT THE SUPER RHU COMPOUND, BARANGAY WEST POBLACION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
