Description : 1. The Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro through the 20%MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos and 69/100 only (Php 9, 999, 972.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Pahilahan to Tagbakin Road (Phase II) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
