1.The Municipality of Mambusao, Capiz through its DBP LOAN intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to Payment under the Contract for Invitation to Bid for the Concreting of Najus-an Barangay Road at Barangay Najus-an, Mambusao, Capiz. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Mambusao, Capiz now invites bids for the above-project.Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
