1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA-26-00595-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 13, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF MARINGIAN-DANAWAN-LUCBUAN ROAD located at MAGSAYSAY, PALAWAN (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO25 26-07-074. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
