Description : Invitation to Bid for Concreting of Manayon Street
1) The BARANGAY BABAYOAN, SANTA CRUZ, ILOCOS SUR, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND FUND FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of PHP 120, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF MANAYON STREET Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) BARANGAY BABAYOAN now invites bids for CONCRETING OF MANAYON STREET Completion of the Works is required [insert the required completion date or expected contract duration]. Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
