Description : 1) The Municipality of Zaragoza, through the Local Government Support Fund - Financial Assistance intends to apply the sum of ₱5, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Local Road at Barangay Sta. Lucia Young, Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Zaragoza now invites bids for Concreting of Local Road. Completion of the Works is required within 90 Calendar Days Bidders should have completed, within 90 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
