Description : Invitation to Bid for
“Concreting of Guam to San Francisco Norte Access Road”
1) The Municipality of San Guillermo, through the 20% Economic Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Guam to San Francisco Norte Access Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Guillermo now invites bids for Concreting of Guam to San Francisco Norte Access Road. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
