1) The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Palompon, through the 20% Economic Development Fund of the Annual Budget 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million (P 2, 000, 000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of FMR-San Guillermo located at Brgy. San guillermo, Palompon, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
