1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam, through the 20% DF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 15, 200, 000.00) to payment under the contract for the Cluster-2Concreting of Dalapitan-New Pandan via Patnungon Road, Concreting of F. Valdevieso-N. Bugasong Road, Concreting of Purok 4-Kibia Road, Concreting of Purok Mangga-P. Acacia FMR, Dalapitan and Concreting of Linao-Bangbang via Kinilid Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
