CONCRETING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD
1) The LGU-Macalelon, Quezon, through the FY2026 LGSF-SBDP intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty One Pesos and Thirteen Centavos (₱ 9, 999, 631.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Farm to Market Road located at Brgy. Mambog Macalelon, Quezon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Macalelon, Quezon now invites bids for Concreting of Farm to Market Road. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed within five years, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
