Description : Invitation to Bid for
“Concreting of Farm to Market Road”
1) The Municipality of San Guillermo, through the LGSF-SBDP (Support to Barangay Development Program) Fund intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Farm to Market Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Guillermo now invites bids for Concreting of Farm to Market Road. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
