1. The Municipal Government of Solana, through 20% Development Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of four million six hundred fifty thousand pesos & 00/100 (P4, 650, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Concreting of Farm to Market Road--Palao, Solana, Cagayan under ib # 2025-94. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Solana now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
