CONCRETING OF DRAINAGE CANAL
1. The Barangay Barbo through the AIP - YEAR 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (150, 000.00) under the contract for “Concreting of Drainage Canal, ” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Barbo now invites bids for The : “Concreting of Drainage Canal, ”, ”. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen Days (15) calendar days / August, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within Fifteen Days (15) calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using an-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
