1. The BLGU-Barangay Guinsaugon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its 20% EDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy One Thousand Pesos only (Php 371, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of CONCRETING OF DAY CARE CENTER PLAZA located at Brgy Guinsaugon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Barangay Guinsaugon of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the CONCRETING OF DAY CARE CENTER PLAZA. Completion of Works is required Sixteen (16) calendar day.
