1) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the (1918-02) 20% DF, 2026 AB GF AO 02 S2025 REGULAR (1-07-03-010) ROAD NETWORKS, intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Pesos (Php 40, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF CORAZON-MAGSAYSAY ROAD (CW-CON-26-07). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, with the following scope of work: Facilities for the Engineer, Other General Requirements, Earthwork, Subbase and Base Course, Surface Courses, Drainage and Slope Protection Structures. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty Calendar Days (180 CD). Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
