Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government of Sumile through the 20-% Development Fund of Annual Budget SY-2026 intends to apply the sum of (Php 200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Concreting of Basketball Court. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government of Sumile now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
3. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Local Government Unit of Sumile and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M from Monday to Friday.
4. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through duly sealed envelopes in three (3) copies and properly labeled as Technical/Eligibility and Financial Documents on May 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Late bids shall not be accepted.
5. Bid opening shall be on May 13, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Conference Room of Barangay Sumile, Butuan City.
