1. The Barangay Sta. Cruz, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro through the 20% Development
Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE PESOS ONLY (Php108, 255.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials And Supplies for Concreting of Barangay Road (TSB- Project- Sta. Cruz). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
