The Barangay 07 Local Government Unit of Gen. MacArthur, through the FY 2026 20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy Pesos and Twenty Centavos (Php 654, 170.20) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Barangay Road at Sitio Salagan, Brgy. 07 Poblacion, Gen. Macarthur, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
