Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD
1. The Barangay Government of Payapa Ilaya from Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of one million four hundred seventy seven thousand four hundred thirty three pesos & 96/100 PHP 1, 477, 433.96)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Concreting of Barangay Road rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of Payapa Ilaya now invites bids for the supply of labor and materials for Riprapping/Embankment protection of works is required fifteen (15) days after the receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly in section II instruction to bidders
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules& regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184) otherwise known as Government procurement reform act.
