1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the 20% DF - Road, Highways & Bridges Outlay (Current), intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (₱ 5, 281, 150.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD- PHASE IV (Lower Barangays) Materials Only. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites bids for CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD- PHASE IV (Lower Barangays) Materials Only. Delivery of Goods is required 60 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award.
