1. The City Government of Tacurong, through the 20% Development Fund - Road Networks intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Nine Pesos and 93/100 (Php3, 523, 959.93) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Civil Works with Project ID No. 2026-CW-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Tacurong now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within 100 Calendar Days upon the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
