Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONCRETING OF ALIPAOY FMR
1) The Local Government Unit of Paluan, through the Trust LGSF intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Two Pesos and 44/100 (Php2, 498, 392.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Alipaoy FMR with ID No. 03 - 26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Paluan now invites bids for Concreting of Alipaoy FMR. Completion of the Works is required 29 CD. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders. (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
