Concreting of Access Road Phase-2
The Local Government Unit of Barangay Jones, Municipality of Pastrana, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred One Thousand, Fidty-Seven Pesos and Eighteen Centavos Only (Php 401, 057.80) being the approved Budget for the Contact (ABC) payment under the contract for the Concreting of Access Road Phase-2.
Bids received the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as "Government Procurement Act".
