Sur, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Three Pesos and 75/100 (P 219, 633.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONCRETE TOPPING OF EXISTING PATHWAY AND CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAYS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
