1) The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Continuing Appropriation 2023, Non-Office: Economic Services Sector - Infrastructure Project/Programs, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos and 0/100 (Php 1, 500, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concrete Paving of Roads at Zone 2 with Drainage, Lower Bulua (Phase 2); SN 100 - 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
