1. The Provincial Government of Romblon, through the ADP CY 2026 AIP Ref. Code 8000-1-01-031-0102 Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 997, 412.46 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concrete-Paving of Local Access Road, Sitio Centro, Tuguis, Looc, Romblon/PGR-INFRA-2026-58. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Romblon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
