Invitation to Bid for Concrete Pathway
1. The Barangay Kalinawan, Jaro, Leyte, through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Six and 25/100 Pesos (Php. 99, 986.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concrete Pathway Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Kalinawan Jaro, Leyte now invites bids for Concrete Pathway Completion of the Works is required within 12 calendar days upon received of Notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
