Invitation to Bid for CONCRETE PATHWAY
1) The Municipality of Leon B. Postigo, ZN, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four hundred Ninety-nine thousand Nine hundred Ninety-nine pesos and Ninety-six cents (Php 499, 999.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concrete Pathway. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Leon B. Postigo, ZN now invites bids for Concrete Pathway. Completion of the Works is 14 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
