Invitation to Bid for Concrete Fencing in CNSAT Libertad
1) The LGU-Cabucgayan, through the 20% DF FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 406, 998.20 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concrete Fencing in CNSAT Libertad / Project ID No. 2026-CAB-I-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Cabucgayan now invites bids for Concrete Fencing in CNSAT Libertad. Completion of the Works is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
