This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P8526Q0074 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.104-1, and the NAICS code is 333120 with an associated small business size standard of 1, 250 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
