The subject of the order is the successive delivery of concrete accessories for the purposes of construction works carried out by the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the order and expected quantities are specified in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ (Price Form), and requirements regarding the minimum properties of concrete accessories are presented in Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a minimum 36-month warranty for the delivered Products. The Contractor's liability under the warranty for physical defects is extended by granting a warranty for a period equal to the period of the warranty granted, counting from the signing of the acceptance protocol.
