Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of concrete accessories for the purposes of construction works carried out by the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the order and expected quantities are specified in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ (Price Form), and requirements regarding the minimum properties of concrete accessories are presented in Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party will each time send a delivery schedule at least 7 days in advance, indicating the date and place of delivery (material deliveries will be takes place in the city of Gliwice) and the Supplier will provide materials in accordance with the documentation provided by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party expects to make successive deliveries at least once a month, and reserves the right to increase the frequency of deliveries in in case of increased needs in this area. The basis for accepting the execution of the task involving the delivery and transport of concrete accessories will be the WZ transport documents provided by the drivers to the Ordering Party's representatives during unloading.
