NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
This announcement constitutes the only notice that will be published.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a one-time, sole-source, firm-fixed-price, commercial services, contract to Arc3 Gases, Inc., located at 1660 Highway 301 S, Dunn, NC. 28334, for the purchase of services for the Government-owned Concoa 52S manifold.
The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J066 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment - Instruments and Laboratory Equipment.
Controls Corporation of America (Concoa) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for Concoa 538 IntelliSwitch Series, 52S manifolds, and 542 backup systems. The agency requires its Concoa manifold to be rebuilt using genuine OEM parts, and all work must be performed by an authorized Concoa service provider.
Arc3 Gases is the designated and authorized distributor of Concoa gas control systems and serves as a certified service, repair, and installation center for the Concoa 538 IntelliSwitch Series, 52S manifolds, and 542 backup systems.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source that believes it can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement to Contracting Officer Adelle Bolton at [email protected].
