CONCLUSION OF INSURANCE POLICIES COVERING FIXED ASSETS/MECHANICAL FAILURES/WORK INTERRUPTION, CIVIL LIABILITY AND TERRORIST ACTIVITIES OF DEPA COMMERCE M.A.E. DEPA Emporias M.A.E. (hereinafter DEPA), announces an open tender in order to cooperate with an insurance company for the Provision of Fixed Assets/Mechanical Breakdown/Business Interruption, Civil Liability and Terrorist Activities Insurance Coverage Services of DEPA EMPORIAS M.A. for the period of time from X.X..2026 to X.X..2027, with DEPA's option to extend the relevant contract for one (1) additional year, in agreement with the Contractor The Contractor that will be selected by DEPA, in the context of this tender, for the insurance of fixed assets/mechanical damage/interruption of operations and risks of civil liability and acts of terrorism, will offer specific content and text insurance policies, the framework of which has already been prescribed by DEPA and are described in this issue of the Declaration (Appendix 1).
