4.1 The subject of postparting is the selecting of contractors with whom the Ordering Employers will sign frames of framework, the purpose of which is to determine the conditions regarding the detailed poll on reports where the entrepreneurs will be beneficiaries of financial support provided by the Ordering Party (the beneficiary and economic and financial opinion, respectively), in the mode and on the principles of specific acts of November 9, 2018 on financial support for audiovisual production (i.e. Dz.
