The scope of the order includes the following parts; PART I: Execution of an energy performance certificate for all or part of the building by an authorized person, bearing a number assigned in the central energy performance register buildings. Estimated number of certificates for Part I: 150. Place of order fulfillment: Greater Poland Voivodeship. PART II: Execution of an energy performance certificate for a residential premises or a living room by the person who has it authorization, bearing a number assigned in the central register of energy performance of buildings. Estimated number of certificates for Part II: 400. Place of order fulfillment: Greater Poland Voivodeship. Part III: Preparation of the study marking the subject of separate ownership of the residential premises together with the appurtenances and premises for purposes other than residential (e.g. commercial premises) and obtaining by the contractor a certificate confirming that the premises are an independent premises in within the meaning of the Act on ownership of premises, for the purposes of establishing separate ownership of the premises. The development of the marking of the subject of separate ownership of a residential or non-residential premises (sketches) should be prepared in three copies for each premises separately, with two copies of which with a certificate of independence of the premises obtained by the contractor.
