The subject of the order is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of means of transport for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin, i.e.: - delivery of 50 pieces of brand new vans patrol car in the police version marked for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin (Package No. 1), - delivery of 50 pieces of brand new station wagon cars in a police version marked for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin (Package No. 2). 2. The subject of the order must meet all the conditions specified in detail in Annexes No. 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3 to the SWZ (applies to Package No. 1), Annexes No. 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3 to the SWZ (applies to Package No. 2), Annexes No. 2 and 2ŁN to the SWZ (applies to Package No. 1 and 2) and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (applies to Package No. 1 and 2) - being descriptions of the subject of the order and technical specifications. 3. In the proceedings in question, the Ordering Party does not purchase vehicles.
