The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement, as a result of which executive agreements will be concluded for the supply of vaccines, the detailed description of which, assortment and estimated quantities are specified in the Assortment and price form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Detailed description of the item aspeaking and the rules for awarding executive orders are described in the framework agreement template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The conditions for the execution of the executive order are specified in the executive contract template (Annex No. 3 to the framework agreement).

The Ordering Party envisages concluding a framework agreement under eachIn this part of the procedure, a maximum of seven Contractors whose offers turn out to be the most advantageous among all submitted offers in terms of the offer evaluation criteria, except when offers that cannot be rejected are submitted by a smaller number of Contractors.
