Tender Details

1. Progress. it was not divided into parts. The framework agreement covers successive deliveries of vehicles of up to 30 units during the 36-month period of the framework agreement. Justification for the lack of division into lots: Order ref. no. 058/2026 is granted in parts. 2. Order requires that the vehicles offered and delivered by the Contractor meet the conditions specified in Annexes 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 to the SWZ and in the Contract's tender submitted in progress. to conclude a framework agreement, constituting an annex to the framework agreement. 4. Order requires that the offered and the vehicles delivered were manufactured in the year they were delivered or manufactured. in the year preceding their delivery and: a) had approval certificates appropriate for a given vehicle type, issued in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 14, 2023 on systems approval of vehicles and their equipment or EC certificate of conformity for a complete vehicle; b) were free from defects, c) came from a legal source and were intended for use in the EU and the territory of the Republic of Poland d) were the exclusive property of the Contractor, they were not encumbered with a pledge, registered pledge or other rights of third parties e) there have been no proceedings pending regarding the offered/delivered vehicles 5. Order envisages concluding a framework agreement with five contractors whose offers will be announced the most advantageous among all submitted offers, after awarding points in accordance with the offer evaluation criteria specified in Chapter XVII SWZ. 6.
