CONCLUSION OF A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT REGARDING THE SELECTION OF A CONTRACTOR IMPLEMENTING THE ORDER CONCERNING THE PREPARATION OF A COMMUNICATION STRATEGY AND CREATIVE CONCEPT AS WELL AS THE PRODUCTION OF MATERIALS, IMPLEMENTATION OF FOCUS RESEARCH AND GRAPHIC WORK AS PART OF EDUCATIONAL AND PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS IMPLEMENTED BY THE MINISTRY HEALTH The subject of the order is the development of information, educational and promotional activities by preparing creative concepts, developing creations and preparing information, educational and promotional materials in formats adapted to traditional and digital media. The Contractor's task is to develop, produce and submit materials intended for use in various communication channels, in particular television, radio, the Internet, media social media, cinemas and public space (outdoor), in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement, the Description of the Subject of the Order and the Contractor's Offer. The purpose of the order is to prepare comprehensive creations and information and educational materials and promotional activities intended for use in social campaigns of various scales carried out during the period of validity of the framework agreement. The materials will be adapted to the specificity of individual communication channels and target groups supporting information, educational and promotional activities related to health protection and shaping pro-health attitudes.
