"CONCLUSION OF A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR EXERCISE OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ELEMENTS OF THE TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE MUNICIPALITY "MARITSA", PLOVDIV REGION" By conducting the present procedure, the Contracting Authority aims to conclude a framework agreement with three contractors for a period of up to 4 years to exercise construction supervision for the construction of elements of the technical infrastructure in Maritsa Municipality, Plovdiv Region. The services subject to the framework agreement include: Exercise of construction supervision under the meaning of Art. 168 of the ZUT for the construction of elements of the technical infrastructure in the "Maritsa" Municipality, Plovdiv Region. For the activities subject to the contract, the contractor should comply with the requirements of Art. 168 et seq. of the ZUT: 1. Exercise of construction supervision during construction until acceptance and commissioning of the relevant construction within the mandatory scope, regulated in the ZUT and the by-laws under its application; 2. Participation in the drafting of all required acts and protocols under construction time; 3. Provision of technically legally competent natural persons from his team, designated for construction supervision under the relevant project parts, for the compilation of the acts and protocols, regulated by Ordinance No. 3 of 2003. to compile the acts and protocols during construction; 4.
