Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the provision of janitorial services to be provided in the area of ​​the Parc Audiovisual de Catalunya (hereafter PAC), Ctra. BV-1274 Km 1 of Terrassa. The services include the total of services with the conditions required in the clauses of the Technical Specification Sheet (PPT) for janitorial services, including the tasks of organization and supervision, integration into the self-protection and emergency systems and the prevention of occupational risks, and all the expenses and taxes associated with the aforementioned service. The specification of the technical prescriptions of the works and the criteria and decisions subject to this contract, as well as their supervision and inspection, will be established by those responsible for PAC, in accordance with all the contractual documents of the offer and improvements offered by the successful tenderer, without prejudice to those works and aspects that may be referred to third-party technicians or companies for the inspection and quality control tasks of the service. The object of the contract is detailed in the Technical Specifications (PPT).
