Description of the provision: The object of this contract is the provision of the concierge service, visitor care and maintenance of municipal common spaces of the City Council of Santa Margarida and les Monjos, in the manner established in the specification technical prescriptions. To this end, the contract includes the performance of 220 estimated annual hours for the performance of the tasks corresponding to the concierge and punctual cleaning of municipal common areas.
