Orléans Métropole has entered into a concession contract for the purpose of the work, operation and maintenance of the Orléans Métropole UTOM located in Saran (concession within the framework of a group of granting authorities, of which Orléans Métropole is agent) in accordance with the award notice of November 29, 2019 OJEU announcement n°2019/S231-567875 having been modified by amendment n°5 relating to the addition of work and the one-year extension of the initial duration of the contract. This amendment ultimately includes: - carrying out the work and arrangements necessary for the supply of heat and steam to the metropolitan heating networks, - the extension of the contract for one year, until December 31, 2029, - taking into account the evolution of power lower calorific value of waste.
