The contracting authority is looking for a concessionaire who will be responsible for the renovation of the Studenthome and, then, the exploitation and maintenance thereof for a period of thirty -three (33) full academic years. A academic year runs from September 16 to 15 September of the Next calendar year. The exploitation of the Studenthome / the first (1st) academic year will start on the first 16th of September following the date of provisional delivery of the renovation works, so that the end date will in principle fall on the 15th September of the thirty -three (33rd) academic year following the date of the provisional delivery of the renovation works (except if the end date is amended in accordance with the provisions of the concession agreement).
