Katy ISD will receive proposals until Response Submission Date by Response Submission Time for Project ID - Project Title. Katy ISDs preferred method of submission is via the online bidding system. OpenGov, which can be accessed at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/katyisd.Katy ISD desires to contract Concession Stand Vendor Services. The District reserves the right to adjust the quantities in order to achieve the combination deemed to be most advantage to Katy ISD. The estimated annual expenditure is over $50, 000, and possibly exceeds that amount as the district grows. Katy Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide concession stand services at Legacy Stadium. The selected vendor(s) will operate and sell at Legacy Stadium from one of three fully functional concession stand stations/bays. Vendors will be required to sell at all regularly scheduled varsity football games for the 2026 season. They would be expected to service as many playoff games as possible depending on the vendor-s ability to staff as dates are fluid due to playoff schedules. Vendors would also be allowed to sell at the district marching band competitions and Katy ISD Commencement Ceremonies. Vendor shall: 1. Provide food and beverage options suitable for a diverse audience. 2. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards following health regulations. 3. Ensure prompt and courteous service to all patrons.4. Adhere to all applicable food safety and hygiene standards. 5. Work collaboratively with event organizers to meet specific requirements or preferences. 6. Vendor will be required to provide a current Health Permit7. Vendor shall display a valid Health Permit at the concession stand at all times during operation.
