The purpose of this consultation is to designate the future concessionaire of the public drinking water service of SIVOM of CAVO from January 1, 2027. This procedure is carried out in application of the provisions of the 3rd part of the Public Order Code relating to public procurement contracts. concession and articles L1411-1 et seq. and R1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Territorial Authorities.
The purpose of the concession contract will be the management of the public service for the production and distribution of drinking water from SIVOM du CAVO.
Service management concerns in particular the operation drinking water production, storage and distribution works, equipment renewal, invoicing and management of relations with users. The duration of the contract is 6 years.
